Power Outage at Dorion Public School

Due to an unexpected power outage, the Dorion Public School will be closed for instruction during the afternoon of Tuesday, January 16, 2024.  

At this time, the power is expected to be restored by approximately 3:00 p.m., allowing school instruction to resume as scheduled on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.  

Parents and Caregivers will be contacted by the school as students will be sent home for the remainder of the day.  We apologize for any inconvenience this unscheduled interruption has caused.
